Today we have the "Camden Bodega" which is a corner store in South Jersey that pretty much is a one stop shop. Y'all know how the bodegas are, you can find anything you're looking for and it may be some drama popping off in front of the store or in the alleyways behind it lmao 🤣

As we all know, there was a patch update on yesterday and I think another one this week also.
As expected, this update did break a lot of mods. Please allow me time to test my content with the updates before adding it back into your games.

Today I wanted to drop 3 new lot traits for you.
Bail Bonds 💸
Courthouse ⚖️
Law Offices 💼
These lot traits also come with multiple buffs when your sims are on the lot. There are 10+ random buffs that could occur to your sims.
I finally stopped being soo nervous to record and I dropped a new LP video todayyyyy!
