What happened to the Dragonair Animation?

Yes, there was an animation pending! It wasn't forgotten. However, I have to say I don't have much choice and need to put it on a long hold.

I've been trying to work on it from time to time, I even completed the optimization of the image. However, the software and my PC has been giving me issues while doing it. The software keeps crashing sometimes (After Effects) or they just give me incredible lag. I suspect is my processor fault that cant keep up with the rendering or something. I had simil...
