So, I tried both times that I felt would be ideal, and I think that I am going to stick with 19.00 CEST or 10.00 PST (which is where I am) as the release time. This will probably be the time I am most able to be online.
I will continue to evaluate a solid time that works well for both Europe and myself here on the West Coast US. Feel free to toss your thoughts up in the comments.
