Hey, all!

Sorry this month's sequence is a little late. I try not to make excuses but, between work, social outrage and the pandemic, I've been a little stressed. They even noticed at work that I wasn't my jolly 'help anyone with anything' self. So, this has affected my art-making in a way i don't like.

Work is now less stressful and I'm managing social outrage so, this month should be better

Just playing around

Just in case you didn't notice, I'm a nerd. I am such a nerd, I play D&D regularly. Sure, we're eating baguettes and hummus washed down with microbrews instead of Cheetos and Mountain Dew but, still.

PillowPet™ Mu™

Was working on a PillowPet™ drawing for a $25 patron and thought I'd crank a random one out. So, here you go. The 'number' is a bit of a bad joke. the symbol on the right is the Greek letter "Mu" and the symbol on the left is 'Iota", a reference to the myth of Io, whom Zeus turned into a heifer to protect her from the wrath of Hera.

This was done as an experiment. Could I do a pair of bbw creatures cuddling with no reference? This is the first try and I think it works, what do you think?

What will happen to Roberto and Molly in the long run? That remains to be seen. Likely in another round of 'what-aftermath-would-you-like-to-see'.

Roberto and Molly’s relationship was on the rocks but, neither of them would ever acknowledge that. It would be admitting defeat and that, for two such highly competitive people, was utterly unthinkable. 

On paper, they were perfect for each other. They were both smart, driven and extremely attractive. They shared a love of gourmet food and jazz. They both disliked dogs and kale. They should have been perfect together.

$25 Drawing: PillowPet™ Püdl™ KustmKrittr™

Patron wanted a PillowPet™ Püdl™ and they got a PillowPet™ Püdl™. They asked for a burgundy color scheme and an arousing/teasing glance. 

The idea of using burgundy as a base gave it sort of a classier feel. I did a bunch of color tests and and couldn't quite get it until I was building a bike (I work in a bike shop) this week and one had a burgundy black colorway that I thought would be perfect. I added the blue to make the black pop and here you go!
