Update and images from LRH 0.9.0

Hello all, I have been mostly doing animations, writing script and coding. 

Still images 380 (Didn't increase much because spending so much time on animations.) 

48 Animations, total 2,640 images. Doing most at 60 frames. (Makes for smoother animations.)

MC did find the time to go out for a Sunday putt.... :)

Long Road Home 0.9.0 Progress Update

Hello all,

Progress so far on 0.9.0 is,

350 still images rendered

35 animations

1000 lines of code and text

The party and after party at Stan and Della's place are the big events for 0.9.0. (I hope MC has enough stamina...) It won't be just drinking, dancing and debauchery. Although, nothing wrong with that. There will be a big reveal and background information learned about several characters.

I'm making renders and writing the script for the first scene in 0.9.0. It is the continuation of the party for MC at Stan and Della's house. It will be a big event with several secrets revealed by the time the party is over. Attached is a couple of images.

Allows you to toggle on/off the in-game walkthrough, scene skipping menus, and in-game developer comments. It is enabled by default. You can disable it in the Preferences Menu

Long Road Home 0.8.0 Progress Update

I hope that all had happy holidays and a safe new year. I'm up to just under 300 renders. Things slowed a bit with family in and out through the holidays, but now that has passed, I can get back on track. I have been working the last week on a big scene where MC gets an explanation to what someone has been doing. Long Road Home 0.8.0 progress update

Hello all! Just a quick update on the progress of the story. So far I've done 148 still renders and 8 animations. The animations have been kicking my ass trying to get them to run smoothly without the wonky glitches that can pop up. There will be closure to several lingering issues in the story. It's finally done. Sorry for the long wait, but I've been dealing with several RL issues that kept pulling me away from the project. I did learn some new rendering and coding tricks along the way. Increasing image quality and adding more choices increases the time it takes to produce the episodes, but I feel it is worth it. I hope you do too.

I am progressing 0.7.0, but due to some family commitments it has been slower than I would like. I have just under 600 total renders and 10 animations done. It would be enough for an update, but it would be disjointed. I'm working on tying events together so it flows smoother.

Checking in

Just got back from a 2,300 mile in five days bike ride. I rode to to Columbia, South Carolina to see my oldest grandson graduate from Army basic training. I'm very proud of him and all the other soldiers from all walks of life that chose to serve. With COVID and other crap going on I hadn't been on a long ride in a couple of years. Long Road Home Episode 0.6.0

It's done a few days later than I wanted, but done. There are a lot of choices in this episode that made for multiple branches. So it took longer than normal to de-bug the script and fix the dead ends or mis-matched dialog. I pushed the envelope in a few places that some may not be interested in or not want to see. I gave you an option to skip scenes you don't want to see or girls you don't want to engage with. I hope I caught everything... :)
