Scene File Lighting Study

Hi Patrons,

I´m sure, this one will be useful for you. It is perfect to study lighting in 3D, plus: It will work awesome, when you put soft bodies into it;-).

This time, I can´t provide you with the included dynamic simulation but use it as a perfect base to implement your own dynamic simulation. 

As you can see, I rendered out different versions where I changed the lighting situation. Try it by yourself and see, what you can get out of it.

Hi Patrons,

You told me, you like scene files and here´s one more straight out of the Cinema 4D bakery. It´s still warm. 

There is a lot of good stuff to study in this one, especially the materials, soft bodies and the volume builder/mesher setup. 

One note: In the pink rubber material I am multipling some surface-imperfection textures together in the roughness channel to achieve the nice reflections on the rubber. I can´t give you these textures, but there are ...

Soft Body Scene File of the Day

Hi Tutorial Enthusiasts,

I am working on the new Tutorials, it´s so much fun! I just want to give you something already today: Here´s a test scene I was playing with. It´s the almighty plumbus from Rick and Morty. I just needed to model some basic objects to apply soft body dynamics to. More explanations in the upcoming training.

In the next scene file I will give you 20 more costum build objects to play with.

Part1 and Part2 equals almost 100 minutes of fresh training! I really pray to the holy 3d gods that this will be at least a bit helpful for you. Its somehow in the middle of beginner to advanced. Its a bit long, somehow I needed to figure out some solutions along the way. But seeing me problemsolving my way through can also be beneficial for you. At least, I hope so:-).

This new training will be intense

this new Training... on the first look this is simple... but! I can tell you... there is quite a lot to teach of little tips and tricks. So bear with me, that it will be a bit longer than usual. I already recorded 47 minutes about different Emitter setups. And now I will go into the "Making it nice" part of it. Time to start Octane!
