Both versions of the Ornamental Mushu are now available to print below, with and without the gong. The test prints for both versions worked perfectly, printing him solid and 45 degrees to the right as in the previous post.

2 successful test prints later and Mushu officially stands and is ready to be printed! I printed him solid to avoid suction issues and at 45 degrees to the right in order to support his chin better. Both STL's are available below, with and without the gong. I printed both versions to make sure they are balanced properly and am happy to report they both stand up perfectly, the gong however acts as a counter balance to the model and makes it a lot sturdier than the other one.

The ornamental's are finally finished for Mushu, they took a little longer than usual because I had to make them quite small to fit with his long thin, shape, but I'm really happy with the way he's turned out and the test print is currently running. The ornamental model will be out on the page throughout tomorrow along with renders and the Mulan inspired zen garden.

Starting off this months models I introduced the first villain to the page with the arch nemesis of Cinderella's mice, Lucifer. This month on the page we celebrated the most magical season of the year with Olaf from Frozen in 2 different poses! So did I. As part of the Christmas models I've modeled a plinth and a base with some miniature scenery to make a Frozen themed snow globe for the Christmas models and it was completely finished, but then it did what glass things do when you drop them and unfortunately, no more snow globe.
