The result of the poll to the next exclusive character

First I will add the result in votes, after that I will add the download file with the votes because the real result is by points, the votes counts different by tier as I explained in the post of the poll.

The file have the name and the email of the user, i changed this columns. Now the name is the tier of the user and where is the mail if the vote is x1, x2, etc. So the votes are anonymous and you can see why the result change a lot.
