Remapping Notes with Gamepad thing and Patreon Issues

VCV and Max Jitter Patch

Hello! Here is a VCV and Jitter patch to check out. You'll need internal audio routing for it. I'm using Blackhole. The audio out on VCV goes to Blackhole (or other internal audio router), audio in on Max comes from Blackhole. You can monitor in Max with an easydac~ from channel 1 and 2. Or you can use ableton to monitor the same way. If nothing else, you can just have a look around if you are interested. Jitter Patch AND Ableton 12 Patch

To start the Ableton 12 patch, start the transport and press a MIDI note. Things should happen.

As for the Max Jitter Patch, you are on your own. I can't offer tech support on the audio reation or what may or may not work in the patch. Just have a look around! Good luck!

Simple Starter Jitter Patch

I've had some requests for starter patches in jitter. This is one of those patches. Most of my patches are some variation of this basic patch. Just add controls and have fun!

GTC1 by User Friendly (Single)

GCT1 was created using Cycling74 Max to translate PS5 controller data to MIDI. This data is sent to Ableton Live triggering different events, instruments, FX, and modulations. The visuals are created using Max Jitter and are both audio reactive as well as being manipulated by the PS5 controller.

Game Controller Update

Hello! I've added some mappable buttons to the joysticks. Also, I've added another bottom row of buttons. These are tied to the D pads but lock instead of being a gate. This way you can select something to be held. Just a little more flexible. The regular gate buttons for the Dpads are still there as well. =)

Gamepad Max Patch (from the helpfile)

Hello! I am just uploading this here because I have been getting a lot of requests for the "gamepad patch". But, it's literally just the patch from the help file that I use. I take the -1. through 1. values and use the scale object to convert to MIDI (0-127) or whatever else. As for the buttons, I just use the select object to convert the toggle to bangs. To get the gyro data, you'll need to connect the USB cable to your computer, I'm not sure why this is or if it will be updated at some poin...

Maxmsp, VCV, and Ableton

Here are all the pieces, but you'll have to put them together. It's a bit tricky but I'll do my best to help trouble shoot. Basically you'll hook your controller up in max, then port the signals through to VCV rack with something like Blackhole. If nothing else you can have some fun with the included sample.
