I hate to say it but I live in Central Florida, and our home is directly in the path of Hurricane Ian. Today is taken up by prep for the hurricane. I may be able to get something out in the next few days but it's in a power higher than my own. We have a very sturdy house and flooding I hope shouldn't be an issue in our neighborhood. The main issues are that the electricity, and the fact that I doubt I would be able to get much done hunkering down with my family.
