Phew, this update was tough. I forgot how hard it is to suddenly return to an old type of content, that you haven’t done for a while.

Anyway, I'm glad to report that Cove portion for Random Loading Screens is finally done, and with it, this mod can be called somewhat complete. I still may add to it (and of course, make fixes if necessary), but at least it is not unfinished anymore.

An update between updates

I got some news for you.

Firstly, the new trinket set is decided and it is the Plague Doctor! Let's go practice medicine. 

Secondly, I tried some new ideas during the holidays, and you can see the result in the title picture for this post. That's right, it's an edit of an enemy's attack!

As all heroes can have only one "got hit" sprite for all attacks, I thought that it would be cool to add "a reaction" as a part of a monster's attack sprite instea...

End of December report

Hi! (And merry Christmas to those who celebrate it)

Just want to give a quick update on what is planned for the next month.

The first pack (Crusader's trinkets) will go live at the end of the next week, with all the usual bonuses.

For the second pack of the month I want to take a short break from trinkets and finish the Loading Screens mod by finally adding screens for the Cove. I know that trinkets are more popular than screens, but it really bugs me to leave it unfinished ...

Not everybody has cast their vote yet, so I was thinking of delaying the decision for another week, but with coming Christmas and New Year holidays I'd rather start working on the new set as soon as possible.

Trinkets for the Hellion should be available in several days, with all the usual bonus stuff.

This update contains 3 new pictures for Loading Screens mod - this time, for the Weald. And, as you may notice, the whole mod also had a bit of visual change. I hope you'll like it.

Please not that currently tips are shown only for English and Russian languages. I'm open to adding more translations - I just don't want to mangle text through Google Translate.

We got a neat tie between Grave Robber and Hellion, and absolutely no love for poor Plague Doctor. I wonder, is she really that unpopular or just not as favored as two other picks?

Anyway, the next trinket set will be... for the Grave Robber! And the Hellion will have the next one after that. Then... maybe another poll, if you promise not to bully Plague Doctor so much : )

The first update for November

Hello!

As planned, let me present you a new mod - Lusty Trinkets. It replaces the standart Hero Trinkets (those that are exlusive to a hero) with something more kinky. My main goal was to keep the it as lore-friendly as possible (no latex dildos or other anachronistic crap)  and to add subtle references to original trinkets.

The first hero that received this treatment is Vestal and her 6 unique trinkets.  It was an interesting challenge to work with such a small picture ...

The monthly report and an update for Loading Screens

Less of a report this time and more of a roadmap. I think that it would be a good idea to tell you beforehand what content you can expect next month. Of course, things can change but this is what is currently planned:

The first update of November (next week) will be all about a new mod that deals with trinkets. I hope you will like it!

The second update will add loading screens for Weald.

This means that I may skip backgrounds this month, but all Focused patrons...

Lusty Loading Screens, now as a mod!

I finally was able to make a proper mod for Random Loading Screens. Now you don't have to replace any files - just put the mod into "mods" folder and activate it in-game!

Here is the second update for this month. It's mostly about loading screens - I finally finished the warrens portion, 3 pictures with all-original art! Well, as original as you can be with editing other people's assets.

This took most of my time, so this update has only one background picture (plus a bonus one for Focused tier).

Less backgrounds mean less lore pieces for Courageous tier (though technically amount of lore remains the same as each loading screen has som...

Loading Screens update and such

I started working on loading screens for Warrens and decided to share the first picture already. The style is a little different from the Ruins' one, but I quite like it.

Also, you may notice some changes in the descriptions of tiers (again). Do not worry - it won't change anything, I just had to make it clear that I do not sell my mods. Which I do not - all my mods are and wil be free.

While testing background edits, I got kind of tired of staring at the same loading screen. "Wouldn't it be cool" - thought I - "If instead of a single picture with random tips there are several pictures (chosen randomly from a pack) with appropriate text?

This is the second pack of backgrounds for September. It contains 2 cove and 2 weald backs, plus one old back for ruins that needed some fixing.

Also in the pack you will find alternative versions of backgrounds - some with very simple changes (like blacked eyes/visible eyes), but some has more substantial differences.
