Aug2024 Poll #1: Ideas

Alrighty, the poll's up - for real this time. I couldn't think of a good theme, so I just gave up and made it a free month.

First of all, sorry for taking longer to get this one done. I'd have had something sooner, but things came up elsewhere.

Anyways, here we are for the month of June. The first hurdle was picking the character. Rosalyn was the most obvious pick, but I didn't want to have her get stale by giving her the spot twice in a row. Ultimately, I landed on Jessica for this one. (Also, I based her outfit on Thorn Rose from Sonic Prime.)

With the summer season now here, Rosalyn decided to go enjoy a day on the beach. She pulled up a chair and umbrella and just kicked back, enjoying the summer breeze and the soothing sounds of the ocean.

Telchur, seeing Mrs. W around, decided that she wanted to "sample" those big feet of hers. Seeing no problem with it, Rosalyn allowed this. That day, both of them had their own fun in the sun.

The hard part was figuring out who'd be in what position. Ultimately, I decided to go with Rosalyn for this one.

Originally, this was supposed to be a comic, but I figured that it'd be a bit too complicated and time-consuming, so I decided to make it a series of process images instead.

I'm not fully satisfied with how Telchur looks in these. I think it's mostly a scaling issue. Oh, well - that's why pencils have erasers.

Hey, all! So, I hope to have a full bio soon, but here we are with the new addition to the Fighter Verse cast: Dahlia! She's meant to be another rival for Rosalyn to have so that she has someone other than Iris to lock horns with every once in a while. I also made her a fox-based fera (in my verse, a "fera" is basically a human with animal features), both to add some variety and to tie it back to the mainline series in a way.
