Before the new side comic starts next month, I wanted to get some insight into what people want to see. This won’t be the only poll, so make sure to vote in all of them!

There are some blocking and panel shape changes I want Pop Lee to make to some of the pages, maybe make Sae'lise look a little more confident on one of the pages. The next month's set of pages will get to double anal again.

Interim Side Comic Page

We'll start the Deva Noble Women side comic next month, but I wanted to add a summary of the important points from Dr. Nona's chapter, since the text is just so dense and I think people were getting confused or lost in so much of it some times.

September Bonus Page

We're slowly getting to the end of these Nona bonus pages. My goals were to give Nona some more time in her own chapter and also to give her some backstory with the Omegatec Derivatives to expand the universe a little bit. I'm not sure exactly how many more pages there will be, but maybe it will end some time this winter in a few more months. After that, we'll go back to adding a few more Growing Hex Appeal bonus pages that feature the character Countess Evelyn oz'Vesela.

September Concept Art #2: Baroness Armor

Like the other characters, the Baronesses are getting some updated armor they'll be donning in the chapter later on when they fight against some daemons again. Unlike the three larger warriors, the Baronesses fight with bows and arrows- not shown here. But their armor will be almost totally transparent just like the others.

September Concept Art #1: Princess Claire Updated Ballerina Outfit

Princess Claire has grown a lot over the course of the comic, in a lot of ways, but people still tell me they really enjoy the first few pages and the outfit she is wearing when she first appears. The characters will be exploring another mysterious spaceship later in the chapter and I wanted to update her original outfit. I think she might get more of a tutu dress and neck ruffle, but she definitely needs a harness for the Royal Endowment now.

Leleshara starts to massage Princess Claire's prostate in the upcoming pages. I want to add a kind of internal/cutaway panel to make that more clear, but these pages are pretty close to what I wanted to see, so there wont be many changes.

Moon Council Page 20

I hope the Moon Council pages have helped provide a lot of backstory to the people who are most interested in that. I think its explained some of the basic tension between the Moon Council, Leleshara and the importance of Princess Claire'elene oz'Visania, the last surviving Deva monarch. Next month, Nona will be taking over temporarily with a side comic of their own.

If the Tzaraks merely came to conquer or consume the galaxy, why abduct the royal family of the Deva? And what have they been doing for the last 6 months since our heroes escaped Mara on the worldship Zerzura? Whatever the answer, it would seem that the Omegatec Derivatives wont be rushing to aid the Deva beyond help with research. August Concept Art #2: Dioptra Environment I

Here is a first attempt at the environment of the magical world inside the dioptra. Lots of floating physical islands connected by magical bridges, each island with its own challenge, creatures and properties.

August Concept Art #1: Dioptra Gate

Here is the first stab at a gateway the characters will use next chapter to enter the magical asterian realm. Princess Claire will need to reestablish the Deva's connection to Tel'ruun now that they are light years away, but it will take a number of trials set by ancestor spirits.

The idea with the gate is that the rings all spin in different directions. I think  the room will be more elaborate with a more interesting design, but this is the basic idea.

I know I said this would be the last page of the Moon Council overall, but I didn't get to posting a poll earlier this month about what to do next, so we'll get one more page of Zoshear like this next month and I'll post a few polls about what people want to see next, or if people want me to continue with the Moon Council pages as they are right now.

I try to avoid exposition dumps ever since the Prologue, but I've been wanting to do this reveal since the comic began. Dr. Nona's research into the forbidden art of science may have brought the Tzaraks to the Deva and set off the calamitous series of events unfolding in the story so far. But is that really all there is to the Tzaraks presence? And what interest do the Omegatec have in the Deva and Dr. Nona herself? Can cold, calculating robots truly be trusted?

5 years of making Princess Claire: A Royal Endowment and Pop Lee and I have our patrons to thank for your constant support through it all. As a thank you, I always commission a big piece of art and release it to all the patrons and fans. This year, Princess Claire is anointed Empress in the sacred asterian springs back on Mara, like generations of Visanian rulers before her.

July Concept Art I: Gael'atai Design I

Its been years since we saw any drawing of Gael'atai, so I thought it would be good to revisit her design. We also got very little art of her overall compared to the other Duchess characters, so we'll consider a number of different designs for the character. The core of her character is that she is a heavily armored and masked ancient Deva warrior.
