I reduced Geralt's meat club size for a more realistic result. This pic is one of my favorite so far in terms of poses, face(s) and progress in the new render, hope you liike it

Wet Syanna

I like this way of rendering, mainly using air brush in lasso selection and blender. Keeps enough details while being simplified. Still working on exagerating shapes, like eyes and hands. Pretty happy with the hair too. Getting somewhere I like but I'm sure I can stylize even more stuff, leaving realism back for good :)
