I spend 2-3 hours going over the raw photos just to sort out the ones we like, then I spend another 2-3 hours actually polishing them up and prepping for release. I've put together a time-lapse behind-the-scenes look at the amount of work that goes on after the final set has been selected.

Scheduling update!
Mark your calendars $10 tier+ patrons! This Saturday, 9AM Pacific, 4PM GMT is the next editing session for the shoot with Kaleah Dawn. We've got about 200 photos to go over so I'm guessing it'll run for about 2 hours, similar to last month's sessions. Note that we don't have a bonus scene this month so there will only be one live session!

Just wrapped up with Kaleah! Shoot went great with a couple of last second lighting changes with one of the scenes I had meticulously planned out beforehand... but that's the way it goes. There's only one scene for this shoot (kinda) so I'll be posting the live edit schedule for this weekend very shortly!

I thought it'd be kind of fun to revisit an old shoot every once in a while and go over the things I learned during that shoot and, of course, any related stories.
The story with Keri's shoot was one of both RUINED and SAVED where I realized at the beginning of the shoot that I left my light transmitter at home, 400 miles away...

There was very little compositing to do for this shoot so I was able to get the images cleaned up and ready for release before even getting the both VODs from the editing streams uploaded!
Full resolution TIFFs and high and low quality jpegs are all included in each dropbox directory.
Must be $10+ tier to get automatic auth to access stream!

Had an amazing and technically challenging (in a good way) shoot with Shasta, our July session model. Above you can see the polaroids we took, I will be sending these to the $25 patrons after the first along with Lindsay's polaroids (since no one has been charged yet). So those of you who got here early will be getting a nice double double letter in the mail from me!
