Hey peeps,

So... I'm really not on top of things this week.  lol.  I'm still working on the Chapter Two video (script is attached if your interested for both that and Chapter Three).  And it turns out that, although there's only 16 chapters... they're all really bloody long.  I should've listened to Hiru and just done Tides of Darkness instead.

Also... my niece and nephew are coming to stay tomorrow for a few days.  And they're small children so I'm not go...

Early Access - Epilogue

So that's it.  End of Rise of the Horde.  I really enjoyed making this series.  Felt like a culmination of everything I've learned so far (editing & animation wise).  But also gave me opportunities to try new things (like taking the voice acting a little bit more seriously).

So... I'm gonna go ahead and make Chapter Twenty public today.  Might be a nice, little surprise for like... 3 people or something.  Seems kinda pointless making people wait 3 or 4 more weeks when I can probably get the last few videos done by the end of next week.

So, if this was a big blockbuster movie, Chapter Twenty would basically be the ending.  With the next chapters being post-credit scenes.  And they probably wouldn't have bothered with the Thrall bits at all cos... the pay-off for that was only ever to set up the Burning Crusade expansion anyway.

Seems pretty clear cut from the comments on Wednesdays video that One a week is the way forward.  Although I will defo try and squeeze an extra one out when I can.  That seems like a good compromise.

Early Access - A Talky Video

So... Emily made a suggestion via DM that I do another Talky Video and that I basically say "I'm just gonna do one video a week from now on". And I thought... that's a great idea!

Butt... I wanna make sure the majority of people would be ok with that first rather than just deciding to make such a drastic change. 

The problem is... the Shadows Rising chapters were all quite short. And somewhat uneventful. So those were (in hindsight) a lot easier to pump out twice...

It's me again.  So... I've just written the script and it turns out... it's a ridiculously long chapter.  lol.  I was joking when I said that in the earlier post but... turns out it's true.

So... that does actually throw a bit of a spanner in the works to my plan to press on a bit longer.  I've attached the script but I'm probably going to try and work on it a bit more.  Cos I haven't written in a lot of jokes in the first draft.

So I was editing today and I figured I'd try and capture a moment of it through OBS just to show you the process a little bit.

Dunno if you'll find this interesting.  Probably shatter your illusions about the glamour of it all.  This is literally just one step of the overall process where I put the speech bubbles in but it should at least give you a bit of insight into how these vids get made.
