So, panel 1, 2 and 3 stay the same, but now the panel 4 its the part 2 of the barbie drawing, with she reaching the toilet (finally), but that doesnt mean that she will be in a more clean situation

Idea 1: wonder woman taking a dump in an invisible toilet, on the invisible plane (duh), and the angle is from below (there are few situations in which we can use this angle)

Idea 2: is Lara Croft taking a urgent dump before leaving for another adventure (and having to call that butler who wanders around the mansion in the first games, because she is out of toilet paper)
