Finally done with this print! Emet-Selch easily became my favorite antagonist of all time by the end of Shadowbringers. I still get teary eyed listening to the music or revisiting the cutscenes. What I wanted to convey was him looking back on the past, still attached to what he lost. So he's turned away, facing his recreation of Amaurot instead of the current ruins of that once proud city. There was a lot I lost...

Finished lining Emet-Selch! The background is going to be the really hard part, mostly because of the shift between two different versions of it.
Also been using a new pencil brush for this and other prints I'm working on. The texture for the line art looks really nice.

Had this idea for an FFXIV print. The side Emet-Selch is looking behind shows his recreated version of the city of Amaurot, while the side he's turned away from, but walking towards, shows the ruins we see after his defeat, Amaurot's true, present state.
Goal is to have this done in time for Otakon.

Haven't worked on this comic in a while, which I'm sorry for. I went through a break-up earlier this year on top of a lot, and I mean a lot, of other shit that cost me financially and emotionally. I wasn't in the right headspace to write a romance for a while, and trying to only made me more depressed, hence why I took such a long break from it. But I finally feel like I'm up to working on it again. I'm going to draw this in black and white from now on to speed...

Blue Mage training goes horribly wrong. But what did you expect when you learn spells from monsters?

Been working bit by bit on that boob meme using Sami in between comics and other work. Outfits are a mix of her glams in-game and just some outfits I thought suited her. I'm still not sure what outfit to use for the free space one though. Maybe I'll just have her naked and covering herself with her hands lol
