As of yesterday my house is officially clean! Ran to my local grocery store for kicks and experience a lil surreality. I’ve discovered people don’t like or know how to cook fish and they have no idea what to do with a fennel so I scooped up one of those, some wild caught salmon, and a head of green leafy lettuce and made some wonderful baked salmon with lemon on a bed of fennel and a crisp side salad.

The dreaded down dog. I hate this pose. It really hurts. I’m honestly surprised I look OK in this pic, really thought my pose would look uglier because it feels so ugly. This one really shines a light on how tight my hamstrings are. In a beautiful down dog, my heels would be firmly planted on the floor and my back would arch downwards slightly.

Another simple stretch for your back are Cat/Cows where you fill your belly with your breath and arch your back downwards as much as you can and then blow all the air out and arch upwards as much as you can.
