September 2019 DTNS Update

What a great August! I got to meet a bunch of awesome people in Dublin at the DTNS meetup. Thanks to everyone who came out and brought bacon and bought me Guinness. Y’all are too kind. I think we even made some connections involving art and intellectual property. (No, I haven’t forgotten).

And then right after I got back from that I jetted to Austin to be on the live Night Attack at the Out of Bounds Comedy festival and was pleased to see a DTNS hat in the audience! Plus gold stars ...

Proposed Changes to DTNS Patron Rewards

DTNS has had essentially the same lineup of tiers and rewards for most of its 5 years. In fact the last time we really changed rewards was when Sarah joined in November 2017. So it's time to look at what rewards still make sense, what tiers make sense, make a stab at some ideas for changes, and ask you what you think.

Here are a few of our considerations

1. The $1 tier is almost break even these days. Patreon makes our lives infinitely easier but that meant it costs...

On to to the thank you perks. Depending on which tier you're on you can get DTNS or Good Day Internet (at higher tiers you can even get both) in a special RSS feed thro...
