This is one of my newly built homes that's apart of my realistic world, which i'll be showing you all soon, hopefully. This is a nice 3 bedroom/2 bathroom home that's great for smaller families.

Please make sure that you have the bb.moveobjects on cheat activated in build mode before placing, just to make sure that nothing disappears off the lot.
This is something I've been working on for awhile. I thought it would be a great idea to add a little more realism to your game. All of the billboard swatches have been replaced with real tv shows and movies. This will also override them in build mode. I am also working on some for San Myshuno so stay tuned for those!

I am aware that for a few of my previous houses the meshes for the windows and doors have been missing!
It turns out that I still had the old version for those windows and doors in my game, so I apologize for that. I have updated them in my game, so this issue shouldn't happen again, but if it does please let me know!

I built these awhile ago, but I decided that these would be perfect to add more realism to your game.
If you have the University Expansion Pack you can use that roommate system to add sims to the homes (just make sure you lock the doors for specific sims!). Or you can use LittleMsSam's Roommates Mod.
