I am feeling so out of shape on this vacation! I can feel how big my sides are now and my swimsuits barely fit. My family comments on how I "beefed up" and how I need to slow down on all the beers I'm drinking. I wake up and start drinking to the point of which I am incoherent. I have been eating all the food on the resort, forcing down unhealthy food even tho my body is telling me to stop.
