I've been on a sort of pixel art roll since Ive been feeling art blocked with my normal stuff! I'm still pretty new to it, so it's a lot of fun practice. This here was inspired by my want to draw the scenery of my Executioners story, but being atrooocious at backgrounds lmao. I ended up trying to convert a small section of one of the environments -- The Market District -- into a mock up for a side scrolling game background!

Hi my dudes, sorry for not posting in the first wekish but ive been knee-deep in writing! And speaking of, I doodled some Executioner stuff this morning, half of which I can't really post anywhere else for now haha! So, full transparency, I am a room/interior/background amateur haha. Figures floating in the void is more my shpeel, but I've started to dip my toes into more complex waters. The shadows are pretty messy and there's definitely things I could refine better, but! I don't want to spend too much time on this -- I want to continue on and apply what I've learned to newer pieces instead!

I admit, February's a lil' light on the WIP front since my entire focus was getting commissions done and i didn't really get to finish any major illustration, but I hope you find some stuff you like in the sketch dump!

so this month's sketch file is a lil bit gosh dang bigger than usual, but because of that I've also got a lot of empty gaps near the end that still need to be filled up with stuff.

Commission Dump 2

Commissions will be opened up again at the end of March, so I can have a little bit of a breather to work on some personal stuff! And maybe. Not draw in black/white/grey for a little while haha~

Good evening everyone! This month we've got 3 WIPs and the good ol' sketchdump, with some veggie friends sprinkled about. Very sorry if this month seems light on content -- being Down With The Sickness that first week and a half kicked my butt a little. But with a new month comes a new opportunity! And doing commissions again should help the creative juices flow.

Sup sup guys! You may have noticed the first half of November has been pretty....bare in regards to $1 posts, or overall finished picture-postin' in general. Truth be told, writing has taken up a LOT of my time as I've been feverishly typing down my Executioners story in a novel format. That, coupled with wrestling the unholy beast known as art block (and being unable to share art that I HAVE done for confidential reasons), it's lead to a pretty empty November.

It's been forever since i did a design auction, so I figured I'd do some spooky adoptables for October!
