There's not a new technology that can be used in Deviantart for those kind of things. But they still can run locally in your computer, and in an .exe file.
I just don't know what to do, because it takes time to make a flash interactive, and if then nobody sees them, what's the point?
I thought that maybe doing a gif image alte...
