I'm so excited to share those pages with you. It was important for me to put extra effort into the backgrounds because they showed how it looked like before, and what had happened to "the place by the lake". I think it might be obvious what it used to be now~ I wanted to use rich greens to show the contrast, and I also wanted to finally give some answers.

hey everyone, it's been a while! my to do list is getting shorter and i could take care of some tasks that i was procrastinating on for the longest time. It kind of feels like I fell off track and getting back again is more work than it should be, but seeing that other people also have had those issues recently makes me feel a bit better about it, because it means that maybe it's not that I'm not trying hard enough, but maybe it's just generally... the whole weight of things being a bit much....

aaaa i finished this drawing some days ago and now i can share it with you! i'm quite happy with how it turned out and it feels so good to have a new illustration for them ; o; the thought behind it is basically that they ask each other to not let go (and they don't want to let go either). and there's a bit of foreshadowing included, as in most of my illustrations.

I'm making steady progress with the pages 🐾 but tbh I was kind of fighting with myself over this scene (and the next two). Whenever I'm excited about something in the plot I want to put many pages out at once to let the reveals happen faster. Buuut that's just not smart, because I want to keep a buffer, too.

hey everyone 🌸 i'm currently working on this illustration (parallel to working on my next scenes) and i really like how it's turning out so far!! I'll probably call it "i won't let go" or something similar, because of how Noah holds onto Robin. It's gonna be fun to draw the flowy cape and I'm already looking forward to the coloration part!

hey there, hope you're doing fine! I'm still not where I was before the vaccine health-wise, and I think my body just needs some extra weeks to deal with it. I'm overall feeling better though, just pretty tired and my dizzy spells are more prominent currently. But I'm optimistic that it's getting better now 🌺 and I hope I can make visible progress with the pages soon again.

hey everyone!! sorry for not posting much this month, my internet was broken the past week and I didn't have internet access until yesterday! I had access on my phone only so I could listen to music and talk to kan, but I have some boundaries for myself that I didn't want to just throw away now that I built them up as habits.
