Noroi: The Curse (Horror Movie Summary)

Shockingly, I didn't get hit with any copyright claims on this one....yet.

I'm surprised myself with how quickly I got this done, but it was a lot of fun to work on. I'd like to get some feedback from anyone that has seen the movie before, as well as anyone that hasn't. I know that video clips are better than images, and maybe down the line I can work in like 4-5 second clips here and there, but I wanted to play it pretty safe to start. Exploring the SCP Foundation: SCP-8000 - The Seal of Approval

I'll be honest and say that this one didn't really work for me. It was well written, but I can't really relate to the concept too much, and I think there will definitely be comments saying that this one is sort of emblematic of what's wrong with modern SCP. I don't think there's anything "wrong" with modern SCP, but I certainly prefer articles that lean a bit more into horror or science fiction.

As mentioned, this week I'll be working on SCP-8000 finally, and this poll will determine the video for the 19th. I'll also state, if only to commit myself to it, that I'm working on a video summary of the 2005 Japanese horror film Noroi. I'd really like to get into doing horror movie summaries just to see if there's a potential audience for that, so I'll drop it on patreon first when it's done to get some feedback.

Herbert West - Reanimator by H.P. Lovecraft (Audiobook)

Definitely not among Lovecraft's best, but still pretty cool to see such early works of reanimated corpses.

Okay, well I'll be diving into a little World War 1 anomaly this week, but the following week I'll be away on a trip to Gencon, so I'm just going to prepare a Lovecraft reading instead. I would then put up a poll for the video for the 12th of August, but I think instead I'm just going to finally go ahead and do SCP-8000. It's a little overdue at this point.

The question remains on whether or not I should read the whole thing out verbatim, including the dialogue, or do my usual summarization.
