GTA V Dragons script - Update v1.2.1

*Important: If you downloaded v1.2 you may have issues with controls disabled when powers are off, this was fixed in v1.2.1 :)

Update for the Dragons V mod, made some important fixes related to script crash, changed some hotkeys, added new hotkey system, improved some attacks, and more.
