Hey all! Steve from Mac84 and I collabed on a new Krazy Ken episode! We have a super-rare iMac G3 prototype in the lair, but it does not turn on! So today, we (mostly Steve) try to fix it.
We still need to do a little bit of work on this episode because something weird happened with the multimeter, but we'll get that fixed for the final cut on Thursday!

Hey all! I really liked how this "glowing" shot turned out, so I wanted to show some behind-the-scenes pics as to how it was set up (see attached pics).
The main thing I did was blast a daylight-colored LED into the plastic. But the trick is shaping the light so the brightness only shines INSIDE the computer and not all over the studio (if the background was illuminated with the same light as the foreground, it can look flat and boring).

Hey all! I just finished shooting the first episode about my iMac G3 prototype. I still have some complementing b-roll footage to shoot, but the rest is done!
Above, I attached an un-color graded still-frame which shows the prototype iMac next to the retail iMac. I also attached some additional behind-the-scenes pics. And yes, I added a Mac Pro trashcan to the set background! Thanks @eliteobsolete for the Mac Pro donation!
