Story time: I had a spoopy nightmare last night that I was finishing up this piece only to realize at the last minute that I had been drawing on some crazy small resolution like 400px the whole time. Had to bust open my laptop right after I woke up to make sure my nightmare was just a nightmare and not a premonition that I was gonna have to redraw the whole damn Izzy.

The 2022 ultra HD surround sound and various other buzzwords remaster just dropped bois. With also a lil' comparison sheet for funsies.

It's interesting to look at the 2014 and 2016 versions side-by-side and see how little improvement there was with the human anatomy compared to every other aspect of the illustration. I was still mostly drawing feral pones within those two years so it makes sense why there would be very little change with the human parts lol.

Almost(ish) there! What's left is cleanup/color corrections/polish on Fluttershy and to finally get rid of the stank placeholder background and replace it with a non-stank background. Also butterflies.

Sum values. Methinks a few butterflies would be a nice addition to the scene. One sitting on top of her mane and maybe a couple others fluttering around the sides. Something to consider adding in post =v=

In the 2014 original the scene was super warm n bright n sunny, but I'm thinking of making this 2022 electric boogaloo a bit cooler with the lighting, like it's dawn and the sun is just barely over the horizon. I imagine Fluttershy likes to wake up hella early in the morning anyway since she's got all those animals to care for.

Whole reason this exists is cuz Ardail had the audacity to say that Sapphire reminds him of Sam from Danny Phantom one time.

I'm almost always biased in favor of the clothed versions of artwork cuz I'm just a filthy fashion lover, but I'm especially in favor of the clothed version for this here piece of art cuz of the fishnet boobie bra. All hail fishnet boobie bra.
