Webcomic pilot pages 6 through 8

Imagine only being at work less than a week and suddenly everything falls apart. 

Honestly the best part about making these comics is coming up with new techniques to make it look as watercolored and straight out of a book as possible. It took me a while to figure out how to properly ink Magma, but the time spent was well worth it to me. 

I still have a ways to go, however, before I can get that manga-esque look out of my inking job. 

Sylveon line work

This is my second attempt to animate sylveon. My original idea was to do a 23 second bit from the song Money Machine by 100 gecs, but it was too chaotic for me to come up with a good design that would fit the song. I feel like this fits just a little bit better. 

I feel like this looks like Eevee is making a tiktok of their own.

Deleon Concept Art

Thief update 2

Adam's concept art should be done here pretty soon. Still trying to figure out how to explain the universe without typing an essay... maybe I can make a separate comic page for that. 

Ten seconds down, forty more to go! Also I have gotten started on the next pokemon animation, I should be uploading that update here pretty soon. It seems like the consensus has been for Sylveon, and I'm super excited because I've had an idea brewing for that design for a while now.

Webcomic pilot page 3

Another update on the webcomic~ I'll be posting some more concept art here soon, too, along with some explanations on the universe and the virus.

Thief animation update one

This is gonna end up being a 50 second video, so this will take... a while to make. But, I'm learning more and more about keyframes and timing. 

I basically don't lip sync my characters until after I've drawn everything else, that way I can make sure the movements are what I want them to be before worrying about syncing the mouth to words. So if you see any frames with no mouth, that's why lol

Finally done! Action sequences are really difficult… really makes me appreciate what animators do for action packed anime and cartoons, you know?

Anyways, I’ll be resetting the poll here soon so we can find out who I’m gonna animate next 😁

UMBREON linework

This is coming along well, although I learned that pacing with an Eminem song is really hard to do cause of the several beats going on at once. One day I hope to animate an entire music video… although I might need to upgrade my equipment when the time comes cause these 9 seconds alone is a LOT of information for just my iPad to handle.

Webcomic pilot chapter pages 1 and 2

Here are the first two pages of my pilot chapter, hopefully due to come out within this year. I have not decided a name for it quite yet as it's still in the conceptual stages of development as of right now. BUT, chapter one has been finished and the second is in the works as of now. 

For now, though, here is a sneak peak of the premise at least.

Life has become hard lately and I struggle to find the time to get comics and gifts done. So thank you all for your patience while I finish this months gifts.
