My father passed during the pandemic. I was in the US and they are in the Philippines. Hospitals refused to wait for me to come (which also meant I had to be quarantined for 2 weeks upon arrival). He had to be cremated right away. It was a battle to stay sane. This is to share how I managed to got over my grief and turn it into something productive.
