Technical help needed!

I have a technical question for you all:

One of you patrons has a mobile device with Android and he would like to open the PSD file, viewing layers and so on.

Do you know any app which surely make it possible? I want to suggest the right app, that's why I'm asking your help, so feel free to share your knowledge on the topic :) THANK YOU!
