Minecraft Gaming Update

Hey Encounterers, thanks for patiently waiting for an update, it's finally here. Some of you may have noticed that the Minecraft server went down about two weeks ago and never went back up. We recently changed the tiers on Patreon and part of that was the removal of the weekly gaming perk, but we recognize that you all spent a lot of time building worlds with us in Minecraft, so I've packaged up some of the backups to give to you. You can do anything you want with these.

REPort: First Animation from FORTNITE THE MUSICAL

HeyJ guys! Here's a couple updates, including about Patreon goals and our animated FORTNITE project! Speaking of which, the song will be called, "NUMBER ONE: A Fortnite Song," not Fortnite the Musical.  It'll be easier to remember to call it that once we have the song ready. ^^

REPort: End of an Era (and Medigun!)

HeyJ guys! We had to say goodbye to a few of our nicer TF2 props this week after filming. ;_; The combination of desert sun, summer heat, lively performance and five years of aging glue ended up thwarting even our best restoration efforts. In the future, we'll look into reconstructing entirely new props from the ground up (or hiring someone with more technical prowess to handle it!)

REport: So This Dog Showed Up...

HeyJ, guys! What a weird day it’s been! We released our newest musical yesterday, and then THIS hairy dude appeared at our house looking for friends... We’ve been a little occupied today caring for him instead of getting a new project going, but I promise we’ll be back on schedule shortly!

REPort: Early Look at BALDI'S BASICS!

HeyJ guys! Sorry for not sharing something fun a little sooner... normally we try to show you guys footage DAYS ahead, not hours. >_< We're working through the night on this still, but Baldi's Basics should be ready Friday morning like all our videos.

No real updates on the rest of the channel's projects, though. I'll be excited to show a bit of new progress on our Fortnite song next week, as well as maybe a hint or two at what other games we're spending the summer delving into. ;) Beard...

REPort: HALP MY MUSIC PROGRAM IS CRASHINGGGG!

Patreon Updates!

(AKA "I Swore We Were Going To Do It!")

HeyJ guys! I wanted to notify you all that we've made several changes to Patreon going forward. No doubt you've noticed some of them, but let me summarize them quickly:

1) A new $5 tier, "SONG + DISCORD ACCESS" has been created, which gives supporters an iTunes copy of the next month's song free and directly from us when it launches.

2) The $3 "Discord Access" tier has been closed and the Discord access perk has been merged with the new $5 ti...

Sunday Discord & Overwatch Gaming

HeyJ guys! I wanted to notify all you supporters on the Discord chat tier and above that Overwatch is having another free werkend, so those of you who might be interested to try it out can play alongside us during our usual Discord chat session on Sunday May 27, from 5pm Pacific until roughly 6.

Install the game early so you don’t get stuck downloading while we play without you! And if you end up falling in love with the game, Overwatch will probably be available at a big discount...

REPort: No Sin City VFX This Time... :(

HeyJ guys, sad to say that some of our cool post-production plans for Detective Pikachu won't be possible after all. We're working hard to make it every bit as cool and fun to watch as before, but some of the special touches just can't be pulled off with half the RE team away and days until launch. ;_;

Looking forward to sharing more of our upcoming "GRANNY" project with you guys, and hopefully another more old-school video game after that. ;)

We did a little filming today and wanted to share being on set with you. :) We didn't white balance the camera properly (apparently!), but the project is going to be at least partially in black-and-white like old film noir movies, so hopefully your next look at it will be a bit more stylized. ;)
