Apparently, yes, making out in the church is a precursor to having actual sex. Which happens after the priest tells her that he can't have sex with her because if he does he'll fall in love with her and that would totally fuck up his life.

Does anyone is real life actually wear a coat with nothing underneath when they are trying to be sexy? That's just a TV thing, right?

Felicity 1X21: The Force

Um, somehow Meghan was the driving force in this episode. I'm not complaining though.

But, ARE BEN AND JULIE BREAKING UP? I don't like this. At all. I actually do get where Ben is coming from. Sigh.

I mean, a bunch of other stuff happened, but right now, I'm mostly concerned with Julie's well being. That said, Felicity cannot drive cross country with Ben after this. Right?

Scary Movies Month Continues: Smile

This movie was creepy as hell. And scary as fuck. 

It's a 3 Way Tie

The poll to replace The Mick ended in a three-way tie. So you get to vote again!

I'm adding all three options along with the ability to vote for multiple choices. Hopefully, this will help break the tie. 

When I thought it might end in a two-way tie, I considered doing both, but all three seem like more than I can handle right now. I still intend for the first episode to go up on October 26.

Panic 1X5: Phantoms

We have lots of drama and trauma to help us connect more to our characters. I don't think any of this was really necessary. I would have preferred to see more of the actual game. Are you getting tired of hearing me complain about that yet?

Also, we've got more evidence of Bishop being a judge (which I thought was all but confirmed in the previous episode). Heather continues to make poor decisions with Ray- but it seems like Ray actually likes her for real.

The Mindy Project 1X24: Take Me With You

We got a tiny tease of Mindy/Danny at the end of the episode, but since Mindy got back with her cool Christian boyfriend, it does not look like it it meant to be right now.

That said, I don't think it's really meant to be in Haiti either. I do not believe that Mindy can survive in a tent for a year. I'm with Danny on this one.

The Mick 2X5: The Invention

Mickey and Alba are totally the dream team. I will watch the two of them work together on anything. Big fan of the Ben storyline.

I could have done without Chip's Acorn Club, but you can't love it all, right?

Spooky Month Continues: The Cabin in the Woods

Found out afterward this is comedy/horror, which makes much more sense.

That said, I think the whole thing is nuts. Why go through all this? Why not just kidnap and kill 5 people?

Still fun to watch though.

Peaky Blinders 6X5: The Road to Hell

If Tommy wasn't afraid to die before, what must he be thinking now?

Plus, Jack threatening to cut off Billy's balls if he didn't give up Arthur was such a hard scene to watch. I remember saying a few episodes ago that I wasn't intimidated by him. I guess I was wrong.

Fucking Diana is such a bitch. She couldn't wait to tell Lizzie about how she slept with Tommy. I have no idea how Tommy is gonna get her to forgive him. Maybe he won't even try and decide she's better off without him...

Felicity 1X20: Connections

I'm nervous for Elena. They finally gave her a proper storyline, and it's this! I know she's tough and independent and all, but I don't like this for her.

And this Ben stuff was bound to catch up with him, and it totally did. Fingers crossed he can find a solution. Also, I think Felicity actually gave him good advice.

This episode was good!

Better Call Saul

So our successor to Peaky Blinders is going to be Better Call Saul.

I have seen all of Breaking Bad. Twice. So I'm familiar with it to an extent, but haven't seen an episode of this.

The first episode will start on October 18, and new episodes will be every Wednesday thereafter.

Peaky Blinders 6X4: Sapphire

I'm sort of shocked at Tommy's behavior involving the woman he thinks enacted the curse on Ruby. He seemed reckless and out of control in his revenge.

I was so sure he had the same thing as Ruby. Turns out he doesn't, but it's just as bad. It looks like he might have just enough time to get his affairs in order and finish his work against the cause.

Ugh. And poor Ada. She's got two children. One half Black and one half Jewish. Also, how did Karl end up like this? His mother is so ...

One Tree Hill 1X2: The Places You Have Come to Fear the Most

It's Scott vs Scott. We're all team Lucas, right? Too bad it seems like the pressure has gotten to him and his first game is sorely lacking.

I'm so conflicted about Peyton. What is going on with her? Why does she insist on cheering? She was so happy when Nathan teased her with him quitting basketball. She so needs to ditch him for Lucas. 

Happy to see that Lucas and his mom are getting along again. I really like their relationship.

The Mindy Project 1X23: Frat Party

Well, we got Morgan back, so I guess that's a good thing.

However, so many other things were not great. That fight was totally cringeworthy. And not that fun to watch.

The Mick 2X4: The Haunted House

As much as I love Halloween, I don't think this episode was for me. 

Sure, parts of it were awesome, but most of it just felt meh. I was a little disappointed. Sigh.

We Need to Replace The Mick

So, while it will be a bit until The Mick is completed on Patreon, it is all recorded and scheduled. Basically, from my point of view, it's finished (even though it won't actually end until mid-December). But I plan to have the first episode on Patreon on October 26.

The question now is, what do we replace it with?

Panic 1X4: Escape

This wasn't my favorite episode. I think there was too much ancillary stuff that I didn't care about.

That said, I found the first 10 minutes or so to be super suspenseful and tense. If only the entire episode could have been that.

And mom is trying to redeem herself? I did not see that coming.

Fleabag 2X3

I loved the scene with the woman in business at the bar. We need more like that. Our main character never seems to find anyone that understands her.

Also, why can't Claire ever give credit without immediately throwing out an insult? Plus, she can't take any criticism. It might be rough to be her sister.

So what's the prediction? Do we think she's going to get to have sex with the hot priest? I honestly can't decide.

Felicity 1X19: Docuventary

So my ship is still potentially valid, it seems. That said, I really did like everyone's take on their relationship and how we got all those viewpoints.

I'm unsure about Noel's feelings, though. Both he and Felicity professed their love of each other, but I'm not sure about how true his are.

Ben and his gambling is totally gonna be a bigger issue as time goes by. It's a big issue now, and he's just started.

And poor Elena. She still has nothing to do.

The Mindy Project 1X22: Triathalon

You know, for as annoyed with Morgan as I've been lately, I was not expecting to object to his being fired. Even if he technically deserved it.

Some good physical comedy in this episode as well. I loved Mindy pretending to quit the workout she never actually started. 

Peaky Blinders 6X3: Gold

This episode was weird. It felt strange and I'm not entirely sure why. I think it might have been because Tommy was so removed from everyone else.

That said, Ada playing Tommy's part was a thing of beauty.

Tommy discovered that the sapphire is actually cursed and comes up a plan to break the curse and save Ruby. However, Ruby dies anyway and Tommy wasn't there when it happened. 

I cannot begin to imagine how he's going to go forward. With only 3 episodes to go it feels ...

It's Horror Movie Month! Orphan

This movie was crazy. I really enjoyed it. It won't keep me up at night, but I would totally still classify it as horror.

However, the suspension of disbelief afterward was something to think about. 

Also, my scream at about an hour and ten minutes is other-worldly. I apologize in advance.

The Mick 2X3: The Visit

Dude. This was nuts.

Ben totally shined in this episode. I also really liked the fight between Poodle, Mickey and Sabrina. If we have to have the parents involved (I'd prefer they weren't) I'd like it to be in this way.

Also, is anything going to come from Chip not actually being his father's son?

So, of no surprise to anyone, Martin continues to be a douchebag. And he's pressing charges?! He's got a lot of nerve this asshole.

Also, yay to the cafe! At least things are going well in that department.

Peaky Blinders 6X2: Black Shirt

Dude. Now Tommy is having seizures on the floor? This poor guy cannot catch a break.

There has to be more to this selling Opium in Boston than it seems like, right? I cannot imagine, even for the amount of money it will net him, that all this is worth it if there is not some other incentive at play here.

Also, I know I'm supposed to hate him (and I totally do) but I like Mosley less and less every time his stupid punchable face is on screen. And I really, really hate Michael with ...

The Mindy Project 1X21: Santa Fe

Do I actually feel bad for Jeremy? I'm not entirely sure. I mean, he really tried to apologize to Morgan, so I guess, maybe?

Either way, Mindy should not take Josh back. Even though I think the show is better with him in it. What do you guys think?

Felicity 1X18: Happy Birthday

OMG. Poor Julie just can't catch a break. All I want is good, easy things for the rest of this girl's life.

Um, Megan's box? (Yes, I know how that sounds). I was not really that interested. Now I'm 100% invested. What the hell is in there? I'm also fairly certain I will never find out. Grrrr.

So, is Noel moving? I think I was probably wrong about my assumption that he would move in with Ben and Sean. 

Happy October! M3GAN reaction

The first in a list of around 15 that I plan to upload to Patreon in October. Maybe 4 or so of these will end up on YouTube. They just take so long to edit.

While I wouldn't say this movie was particularly scary, I have a huge fear of AI and human robotics, so this really hit home for me. That said, horror movie or not, I really enjoyed it and think it's a pretty good movie to watch.
