SIMS UPDATE 1010 - Unprotected Climax

Alright, as per the $5 poll, the end of a series!
It's been quite a while 'coming', but Sauna Strangers comes to a sticky end in 10: Hot Ej*culations. In this MMFF/MMMF/MMMM Climax interaction for saunas, the four strangers finish up. You'll obviously need cherry_pie's c*m mesh.
