Delayed Audio (Great... Fantastic..)

I don't know what's going on with my internet. It's been like this for months now whenever I try to upload to PHub or YouTube, it kicks me offline and ruins the uploading process.

I've been lucky with the past couple that I eventually am able to get them uploaded, but because this one is a larger audio, it's more-likely to fail.

I'm trying to find ways to troubleshoot or find a solution all together.

The New Computer Is Fully Operational!
