Shit hit the fan but you could always count on Rance to do shit that's totally unrelated and unserious to destroy the serious atmosphere! Shit has hit the fan at last! We destroyed 3 out of 4 mana batteries this episode and at the end Pentagon has started their riots and coup d'etat! We really did not waste any time on side quests at all this episode lol, we raided Papaya's tower, didn't get to fuck her but we did meet with Saias and Uspira which are part of the four generals in Zeth, the other 2 are Kabachan and Alex which we already met. We're still doing some side quests this episode since there are some left but we also explored Magic's tower for the mana batteries, things are gonna get super intense once the mana batteries are destroyed but we didn't even destroy the one on this episode even though we did meet Magic and beat her. We also did not get her H scene which was such a letdown for me since I really wanted to voice act an H scene with Rance lol but oh well guess that's for the next episode! I feel like we were doing filler for the majority of this episode lol, even the H scene with Emi which I was anticipating turned out to be a letdown. But well can't get action on all episodes I suppose, on the last 20 minutes we did manage to find out about where the mana batteries are, so hopefully next episode is gonna be action packed! There's just no reocrding session now where I don't say that the game's difficulty is ramping up lol though to be fair the hardest fights are those optional red orbs. The boss on this mission was also strong but thankfully it was a scripted fight which you only need to last a couple turns. I'm actually surprised just how tough this game is even with the 2x everything lol there's another difficulty spike on the last mission I did for the episode! We tackled all the missions in this single episode, the pentagon ones are just fighting so they were pretty quick and the other 2 were quick too. Lots of progress on the story today! It's sad that I can't frickin hoard orbs tho lol at the end of the episode there's so many new events that opened up but I can't do them since I'm limited to 3 orbs! The battles are getting real intense too I actually almost got a wipe on the latest boss lol, I still can't believe how tough it was even with double exp. You can imagine the amount of grinding you had to do without it, thank you TADA for this patch. Some bosses are just plain unfair later on ...

Serious things are starting to happen in the story! We're not there yet but I think soon we're actually gonna be at the point where the story just keeps getting serious, of course I say that but Rance will still just go after women lol But we saved Kaoru, got Patton and a lot of H scenes this episode! Still more introductions in this episode lol, there's just so many characters in this game! But we do see one of the main antagonists this time, which is Pentagon, they're gonna be annoying story wise but I think when we do beat them up in battle they're pretty much wimps.
