A 90 minute opening strategy for "Impossible DeathWorld Map Seeds" (voiced, probably unseen by you)

This is a lightly edited, voiced playthrough I did in early 2021. It consists of only 2 parts, the first was published on youtube, the second part is mostly unedited and remained a hidden video clickable from the first one for those interested. The first 1h08 is the edited part and has a few nice original concepts which were developed during this playthrough and likely can't be found on the wiki unless someone added it (like the "unnoticed burner mining range").

I have been doing what I really have not been doing in quite a while: actually just PLAYING the game of factorio hehehe... While mostly for personal enjoyment, the type of games/challenges I played also function as background preparation for series to come:

I Keep Underestimating This Project...

I ain't got progress to post for the Final Finale, it truly turns out to be a monster project. I have most of the script written and recorded, and will have to do a little bit of re-filming to better fit the script and some of the technical explanations.

Side project ep5?

Well, Ep 5 and 6 where originally supposed to be one episode, but then I decided it was too long, so should split up, then figured ep5 doesn't really have an "action" part, so decided to edit ep6 first as well to see if I can still join them or add some part and AAAARGH!!!

Stepping OUTSIDE our Borders... // The Ultimate DeathWorld Challenge #30

Since I won't be able to have a new full episode finished by upcoming friday (I haven't even started writing the script yet), this ep. wil be released on youtube on friday jan 13 (with friday jan 6: side project part 4 (first fight against behemoth biters, already in early access). This will allow me to get ahead a full week or more again, which will be much needed with the grand finale in sight!

Below is an overview of my expected release dates for both ...

NOT A FULL EPISODE - the finished first 18ish minutes of ep30

Don't watch if you don't like videos which abrubtly end, I'll likely upload the full episode early next week. Given the voice audio I still have to combine with video, I think we're looking at 30+ minutes perhaps, though in my head, 30 minutes should be the max with 20-25 minutes being ideal.

How it's looking now, there will be one more "regular" episode #31 after this, with #32 being the double-to-triple length grande finale to this epic epoch!

A Small Delay...

So it's around the time where I'd usually post the next preview... But due to Xmas and my trip, I have nothing ready in presentable form yet, and I don't want to ruin the final viewing experience with a crappy preview which needs to be edited further. I have a lot of time to work on the video today though, so I'll be able to get the finished first half of the next episode uploaded tonight (+/- 12 hours from the moment of this post.

Fighting Behemoth Biters BEFORE OIL!! // FACTORIO but start with 100% Biter Evolution... (#4)

I've decided to start publishing my side-project every monday, and hope I can keep up both series.

Having said that, with Christmas, a near-24-hour trip coming up, and some technical difficulties (need re-rec some part), I'm not sure I can post the next main series ep. this friday (If not, I'll post it as "public" on patreon, so any departing patrons can still watch it).
