Hi friends,

we are very excited, this is one of the most important days for VR HOT.

When we started discussing a Quest version for VR HOT, it was clear that simply dumbing the PC version down was not an option. VR HOT on Quest should be unique and take advantage of the passthrough possibilities. General Disclaimer: This feature still has experimental status with Meta.

So let’s have a closer look at it.

• Mixed Reality - VR HOT uses the Quest's passthrough feature to create a mixed reality experience. You can see and interact with female Hotties in your real environment including furniture pieces. Male Hotties will come with one of our next updates.
• Interaction - Use your controllers or handtracking. There is no player body anymore, but you can still play with in-game and real toys or your fingers. You can even simulate penetration, independent from your gender. In handtracking mode you are able to connect your hand („Grab Mode“) to parts the Hottie’s body. Her mouth, hips or vagina. Now you can hold your penis, a dildo or a fleshlight in real life and control the Hottie’s movements at the same time.
• New innovative physics system - combining state-of-the-art physics with animations.
• Customizability - create and save your own characters. You can even add HottieCards from the PC version! (There are some limits to Hairstyles and clothes though)

• At your own risk: Quest 1 also works, but not as nicely and we haven't tested it thoroughly yet.

VR HOT is dead, long live VR HOT!

Hi friends,

first of all we want to thank you for your early and continuous support. VR HOT was released on Patreon in March 2021. Since then it grew faster and bigger than we expected.

With today's release of VR HOT for Quest here on Patreon, the PC version will be exclusively available on Steam.

In order to keep everything manageable for our small team of two, we will streamline our distribution. Another big reason to focus on Steam is that we want to use some of their features in the future.

We just deactivated the option to become a new subscriber in the old tiers.

Your accounts will stay active at least until March 2023 and we will deliver at least one more update for the PC version. All long-term subscribers (4+ months Designer or 8+ months Player) will receive Steam Keys for the PC version.

You will also get the very first 0.5.0 version of VR HOT for Quest as a thank you for helping us with your money, ideas and criticism.

If you like it and want to support VR HOT for Quest, you can switch to the new Quest Tier.

Coming soon: VR HOT 0.9.2 - So much room for activities!

contrary to the rumors we are still delivering regular updates for the PC version. So let’s forget about the doomsayers and get started!

VR HOT started with only one room. Later we added the BDSM room. We understand that having nice and functional environments is important to many users. With this update we are adding two more simple rooms. (There’ll be more in the future)

Handling all the HottieCards is becoming more and more difficult. We will introduce paging for a better overview and easier handling of them. Btw, join the HottieCard Discord (https://discord.gg/jKEUSYPkKW ) if you haven’t yet!

You will get even more sliders for several shapes - Eyes, Nose, Cheeks, Breasts, Torso and Body.

We spent A LOT of time on smaller improvements such as performance, hair collision (we’ll feature this in the next video), vulva and vagina physics, joint rendering, eye movements, upscaling quality and more. As always: bug fixes.

More details next week with the update, we’re not done here yet!

VR HOT on Quest

Hi friends,

this is a really exciting day for us!

After 18 months of developing and refining VR HOT for PC, we can announce that we are working on a standalone version for Quest 2 and Quest Pro.

No worries, we will still release updates for the PC version. But the growing number of Quest users gives us the opportunity to build something very unique and special. A lot of things will look and feel like you already know them from the PC version. Some things will be very different though - it will be Mixed Reality using Passthrough.

We already managed to get a Hottie to sit on our couch, check it out HERE.

VR HOT for Quest will be available soon. Stay tuned for more details and info over the next couple of weeks.

Coming soon: VR HOT 0.9.1 - Performance Update

Hi friends,

this is probably something many of you have been waiting for - an update focused on performance. It will be released on Oct 12th.

VR HOT is very demanding, but we managed to squeeze out a couple of fps. Depending on your system, you can expect an up to 20% higher frame rate.

We also implemented new physics for the Player Body, which results in a lot less crashes. In Desktop Mode, your body will freeze in the last position it had in VR Mode, which makes editing the Player Body much easier.

Of course there’s many more improvements - lighting and hair for example and a couple of bug fixes as always.

it’s true, we still haven’t gotten lazy!

On June 14th you can expect another packed update - VR HOT 0.7.1 will bring new features, improvements and bug fixes!

Many of you guys asked for more clothing options. We could have added a couple of more pants, tops and dresses, but hey - that’s too easy, right?

So we built a new system to change colors AND fabrics of the clothes in your inventory.

You are having trouble using some of the intercourse options? You can now make the player body assume certain positions. Sitting for example. And two different positions lying on the back - very helpful with passive cowgirl and missionary positions.

After our completion of the binary gender options, you can now also create Intersex Hotties!

And of course, there will be a lot more bigger and smaller changes and improvements, we will explain and list them all in detail with the update in 2 weeks.

great news, the next update is near!

VR HOT 0.7.0 will be released on May 3rd and will have a lot of male content.

Yes, we finally made male Hotties!

We have to admit, this is just the first step. We don’t have audio for the male Hotties yet, you will miss some animations, we don’t have a lot of hairstyles or clothes yet.

But when we released VR HOT in Early Access more or less one year ago, we had less quality, features and animations for the female Hotties than now for the male ones.

With VR HOT 0.7.0 you will for the first time be able to play all binary gender combinations with full embodiment in VR!

We’ll tell you more details in the update notes next week.

And yes, we are very excited!

Letter from the Devs: 0.6.2 - Workaround for Game Starting Issue

Hi friends,

some of you guys reported problems starting the game after updating to 0.6.2

We still haven't found the cause for this, but one user was able to solve the problem by cleaning his registry, so now we have a temporary fix.

Please follow these steps:

1) Open the „Registry Editor“ in Windows
2) Open this path: Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\VR HOT\VR HOT
3) Delete the entry starting with „CameraHeight“
4) Start VR HOT

VR HOT 0.6.2 coming on March 29th

Hi friends,

VR HOT 0.6.2 will be released on March 29th and everything will be about „more“ or „nicer“.

First of all, there will be around 70(!) additional animations.

Some are subtle, especially the idle animations, but we also included new intercourse animations and lap dances!

We also re-recorded all Face Mocaps from scratch to give the Hotties more realistic facial expressions.

The next big chunk of new features is in the editor. There are more characters and skins for both the Player and the Hottie. The male Player character now has hair and a completely new physics system, making interactions with your hands and genitals more realistic.

Oh, and we implemented another fun user idea: The Hottie Random! Just hit the button and VR HOT will create a random Hottie.

We’ll tell you more about new features and details the update notes next week!

Update 0.6.1.1 - BIG Bug Fix Update (Designer)

thanks for your feedback!

As we already announced last week, we read your comments about problems with 0.6.1 and took care of them. In this new version we fixed

* male parts not contained by pants (no collisions)
* 2D Desktop Mode text disappearing in very high resolutions
* hair color problems with Bob Hair hairstyle
* WMR controller issues (walking forward)
* Vive tracker issues (attaching to Hottie)
* many cases of cloth clipping
* Hottie arms stuck behind back
* fingernail color stripes in right armpit
* voice recognition (commands) shutting down
* Hotties walk into wall/window
* multiple insertion issues

There’s also a new slider since 0.6.1 we forgot to explain - in the Main Menu in Main > Performance you will find the „Eye Resolution“slider. SteamVR upscales everything by 150% which your GPU has to render. We don’t think it actually looks 50% better, so you can lower this to improve performance. Alternatively you can adjust this directly in SteamVR.

You also reported a lot of difficulties getting started your Lovense and The Handy toys. We still couldn’t find any bugs, so we will release a video tutorial at the end of next week!

Update 0.6.1 (Designer)

Hi friends,

here we go, delivered as promised ;)

A lot of inspiration came from our community, so thanks a lot for your thoughts and input, feedback and criticism. It helped us a lot on our way!

Some of you might already have read our announcement two weeks ago, but let us explain some of the new features again and introduce some more.

First of all, there’s the 2D Desktop Editing Mode. Without wearing your VR headset you can comfortably edit yourself and the Hotties. We also changed the layout of the Main Menu a bit so it’s easier to use.

Exclusive new feature for the Designer Tier: After creating a new Hottie, you can save it as a HottieCard. This is just a picture (png format) which you can share on our new designated Discord HERE! There’s a gallery now in the Main Menu with thumbnails and 50 slots for your HottieCards.

The mirror is now movable. Just grab it and put it wherever you want to have it - behind the Hottie, on the floor, over the bed…

And there’s more - cowgirl animations for the bed, including a new switch for the leg collisions with the furniture. More dances and music (7+ in total) you can activate using the radio or the interaction menu. We added also a dozen of new voice lines.

But that’s still not everything. We added a slider for skin „wetness“, so your Hottie can look sweaty or oiled. We turned off the arm collisions with activated „one hand mode“, so it doesn’t interfere with your action anymore. We improved cloth quality, eyes, skin, nail colors, lipstick, cum and light. There’s new idles for the Hottie. You can use eyeliners. The labia look and behave more realistic now. We adjusted the „Ultra“ quality level, so more people can use it. Oh, and the „Walk There“ command now also has an optical indicator of where you are actually pointing at.

And of course there are performance improvements and bug fixes…

We hope this update will make you as happy as we are about it!

VR HOT 0.6.1 - BIG Update incoming!

we hope you had a great start into 2022!

As some of you may have noticed, we took some time to recharge our human batteries, but we also worked a lot to make the next update worth the download!

VR HOT 0.6.1 will be released on February 9th. Let’s talk about some of the new features.

Requested by many of you, we finally implemented a 2D Desktop Editor. Now you can edit yourself and the Hotties without having to wear your VR headset. We also changed the layout of the Main Menu a bit so it’s easier to use.

One of our users inspired our next new feature - the HottieCard. You can save your creation as a picture and share them on a designated Discord, which we will open on Feb 9 as well!

Other users asked for a movable mirror - we made it and we like it a lot!

But that’s not everything. We finally implemented cowgirl animations, more dances and music (7+ in total) and also a couple of new voice lines.

And of course there will be even more new features, performance improvements and bug fixes…

We can’t wait!

Update 0.6.0 - it's here! (Designer Build)

Hey friends,

maybe you read the last „Letter from the Devs“ about our problems to finalize 0.6.0 for you. Unity still hasn’t fixed it, but we built a workaround for the bug making VR HOT crash all the time.

So now VR HOT supports two upscalers, FSR and DLSS to speed up the rendering. FSR works for all PCs and offers 5 levels of upscaling. You can find the settings in the Main Menu under Main > Performance.

The other upscaler is DLSS, which is only supported by NVIDIA RTX GPUs. And due to another Unity bug it sometimes has the opposite effect and makes VR HOT very slow. We still included it, because if it starts without issues, it will stay stable during the session. So yeah, it’s kind of experimental.

But there’s more, of course.

We integrated the buttplug.io protocol which allows to connect compatible s*x tech like the „Lovense Max2“ or „The Handy“ with VR HOT. Penetration will trigger the devices and make the experience even more realistic. There’s a full list of supported devices on the Buttplug website!

There’s also more of our self-produced animations, a new position on the couch and also refinements of existing animations. We will continue to improve this element and also introduce more positions with the next couple of updates!

Another small, but very nice detail is another user idea: Nail Colors! For hands and feet. Just set the color to white if you prefer a natural look.

Letter from the Devs: 0.6.0 - sitting in the waiting room

Hey friends,

you might have wondered what the status is on the next update.

The good news: It’s basically done.

The bad news: It loves to crash.

Let us explain why. VR HOT uses the most popular game engine for VR games - Unity. When Unity released their latest version we got really excited. It supports two so-called upscalers, FSR and DLSS. Without going too much into detail, they basically make the game rendering faster.

According to the Steam data we are seeing, more than half(!) of our users have PCs not even matching our minimum system requirements. That’s why this Unity update was really important to us, we saw a possibilty to improve the performance for all users.

The problem is, Unity’s latest version is still buggy and makes the resulting builds crash very often. We can’t release it like this.

But there’s light at the end of the tunnel. Unity already announced they found the bug and will fix it with their next update. We just don’t know when this will be released.

What does this mean for you?

Well, as soon as Unity fixes the bug, we will update VR HOT.

And just to make the waiting time a little bit more interesting - 0.6.0 will not only include the mentioned performance upgrade, but also sex toy integration (buttplug.io -compatible devices such as Lovense Max2 and The Handy), more new self-produced animations and more stuff…

Update 0.5.8 OUT NOW! (Designer)

Hello friends,

this is a very important update for us. Maybe it doesn’t have the flashiest new features, but we were able to implement two very exciting new projects.

1 - Animations

Until now we depended on existing animations, on stuff we could download or buy online and then edit to fit our needs. Some of the stuff is nice, some not and a lot of things we weren’t able to find at all.

We recently bought a Motion Capturing Suit and started producing our own animations with a great model we hired.

In 0.5.8 we now integrated the first couple of self-produced animations. We started with replacing many existing ones, but we were also able to add some new sex positions.

Over the next couple of updates we will continue adding more new animations (for example nicer Masturbation animations, Cowgirl and Footjob positions, Dances etc.).

Please keep in mind that these are our first steps in this new field of work. Not everything is perfect yet, but we are sure this will improve the VR HOT experience in the long run by giving us much more possibilities to realize your fantasies.

If you find bugs, room for improvement or have more ideas for animations for us to produce, please let us know in the comments!

2 - Manual Undressing

Some of you already asked when it will be possible to undress the Hottie manually. We worked on this and are very happy to present this new feature!

So far it’s two pieces of clothing you can try out the new system with - the Sexy Dress already works quite nicely, with the Tank Top it’s still difficult.

Yes, this is experimental. It’s far from perfect, but we decided to release it in its current state because we felt it was already worth sharing with you!

Again, please feel free to give us your feedback on the new feature!

But there’s even more:

Adaptive Furniture Height

Some interactions didn’t work properly with very petite or very tall characters. Now the furniture height will adjust itself according to the Hottie’s height!

New Labia System

We applied our Soft-Body system to the labia. Now they react more realistically to touching and penetration.

Due to some Covid-related interference during last week we weren't able to produce a video yet. But we will do it until the end of the week to showcase the new features!

what an intense first 6 months we had - updates including Soft-Body and Cloth system, the BDSM room, camera height and smooth locomotion, Vive tracker support, Force grab, ejaculation, female player bodies and so much more!

The next step in the evolution of VR HOT is producing our own animations.

What's all that weird tech stuff in the header, you might wonder? We bought a motion capturing suit, hired a real-life Hottie as an actress and started recording pretty much everything we want to see in VR HOT - from walking to dancing, better versions of what we already have to brand new s*x positions and interactions. There will be stuff for foot lovers, new BJ options and more.

As this is so much work, we will implement the new animations step by step over the course of the next couple of updates, starting with the upcoming 0.5.8 version. And we will take a week more time than usual to get it right.

VR HOT 0.5.8 will be released on November 15th.

Let's talk about some of those briefly. Some users experienced problems with their Hotties interacting with furniture, especially when they were on the taller or very petite side. In 0.5.8 the furniture height will adjust to the Hottie's height.

Similar to the Soft-Body system we implemented a new system for the labia. They now look much nicer when being touched.

And a lot of smaller improvements are made to cloth, light and more.

Update 0.5.7 OUT NOW! (Designer)

Hello friends,

as we promised from the beginning and announced last week, we finally included Female Player Bodies!

You can use the skins, clothes and customization features you already know from the Hottie menu also on the Female Player Body now.

We also have great new toys - first of all the already announced Strap-On Dildo for the Female Player Body. And secondly we implemented a Magic Wand Vibrator, which we really like.

This goes out especially to our female users: We want to learn more about your perspective, wishes and desires. Please let us know in the Steam VR HOT forums which kind of interactions, features or toys you’d like to see implemented!

And of course we are also working on Male NPCs, but that will take some more time.

Another thing we worked on is restructuring parts of the menu. In the Main Menu all the Performance settings are now in the same panel, for example. The same goes for Controls.

Something new in the Performance Menu is the checkbox for „Use Softbody/cloth system“. Here you can switch on/off the simulation of the soft-body, the clothes and ejaculation. We love these parts of VR HOT, but they are also some the most hardware-demanding ones.

After the RAM issues with 0.5.6 we now changed the whole cloth and hair management system under the hood. Those with only 16GB RAM shouldn’t experience these problems anymore.

Sneak Peek: Female Player in 0.5.7. - out on October 8th!

Hello friends,

when we originally released VR HOT back in April, we already stated that we had to focus on the most popular setup (m/f) in the beginning, but we always wanted to cover all possible gender combinations.

As a first step we are very happy to announce Female Player Bodies!

We transferred most of the NPC system to the Player Body, so you will be able to use the skins, clothes and customization features you already know from the Hottie menu.

Furthermore we added a Strap-On Dildo to use with the Female Player Body and maybe there will even be a couple of New Toys (Magic Wand, Stick, etc.).

Over the next couple of months we want to learn more about the Female Player perspective and improve it step by step. Please let us know in the commets which kind of interactions, features or toys you’d like to see implemented.

0.5.6.1 - Patch for the RAM Hog (Designer)

thanks for your patience!

After pulling back 0.5.6 due to the excessive RAM usage, we now have a version playable with PCs with just 16GB of RAM again.

For one of the next updates we will change the way the software manages/loads clothes and hair so it needs a lot less RAM than before and runs better for everyone.

The only thing we had to sacrifice for 0.5.6.1 is the new Hairstyle "Stylized Bob". You will find it again in 0.5.7, coming on October 8th.

Letter from the Devs: 0.5.6 - The RAM Hog

Hey friends,

as we already announced, 0.5.6 turned out to be a RAM hog.

The problem: With less than 24GB RAM it’s unfortunately unplayable.

Why?

VR HOT is using the Unity engine. At the moment, Unity preloads a big part of the objects in the game at start, such as clothes, hair, etc. into the RAM - even the ones not in use.

So far this hasn’t been a big problem, but the addition of new clothes, hairstyles and other things in 0.5.6 crossed the red line. We measured up to 14GB of RAM usage. Which we consider unacceptable, VR HOT should be playable on a PC with 16GB.

This means we have to change the architecture of the software, so Unity only loads the currently needed objects to the RAM.

The good news: It will run even better than before.

The bad news: This takes time.

We are aiming for a temporary fix within 2-3 days. It will be playable for those with only 16GB of RAM. To rebuild the architecture it will take weeks. But then it will need a lot less RAM than before and run better for everyone.

For those with at least 24GB RAM, you should be fine with the current version, but please let us know if you are experiencing issues with the update.

For those with only 16GB - 0.5.5 is still available if you have to reinstall it. And there’ll be a usable version of 0.5.6 very soon - thanks for your patience and for supporting us!

Update 0.5.6 OUT NOW! (Designer)

Hi friends,

a new month, a new update.

This time we have an all-time favorite user request for you.

Jizz, cum, sperm - no matter what you want to call it, the Player can ejaculate now. We know it’s far from perfect, but as a first step we are really happy with it. You can cum by clicking the left stick.

Cumming will also make the Hottie stick out her tongue if you made her open her mouth prior to that by voice command or in the Interaction Menu.

This also makes BJs/Facef*cking much easier if you are taking an active role.

Oh, and not to forget - she will audibly climax together with you during intercourse.

When you open the slider menus for editing the Hottie will freeze now, so no annoying turns anymore while adjusting the length of her eyelashes.

We added a couple of clothes, a new hairstyle, pubic hairstyles and a new skin as well as a couple of new sliders to adjust the leg shapes in a more detailed way.

The new quality level „Very High“ is the old „Ultra“ level. „Ultra“ is now better, but also more demanding!

with a new month comes a new update - this time it doesn't appear to be much, but it's actually a lot. A LOT OF CUM.

Yes, we finally managed to build something we consider realistic enough to release it. When having sex with your Hottie and you're ready for it, just click your left stick and you'll come - and your Hottie will follow you with an audible orgasm shortly after.

Many of you asked for the Hottie to stay still while editing, we implemented this and creating the Hottie of your dreams is much easier now.

There's a new quality level. Actually "Ultra Quality" looks even better now (shadows look more realistic) and there's a new level called "Very High", so you can now adjust the level better to your PCs capabilities.

We also improved the lighting by adding ambience light. This indirect light is more realistic and will help to see better in darker areas without an additional light source such as the headlamp.

Plus a couple of new clothes, minor improvements (e.g. boob physics) and bug fixes of course.

Poll: What kind of AI do you want?

from the very beginning, we wanted to implement AI elements in VR HOT. The game should be more than a virtual f**k doll. But what is AI in this context? What would be the most exciting use of AI in VR HOT?

We are considering three different ideas. First of all the possibility to talk casually to your Hottie. An AI chit-chat, a smalltalk. Ask her what she likes, what she needs. Sexy Alexa, if you will.

Secondly, we could use it for something we'd call Micro Stories . Dance with her, have a dinner date, go swimming with your Hottie...

Last, but not least, we imagine different personalities for your Hottie. One day she could be shy, another day you want her to be really demanding and blunt. Or maybe she's really vanilla and wants you to be gentle. Next day luring you into the BDSM room because she loves a good spanking.

Again, this is not about what to do, but where to start. We want to implement all three ideas.
