[FM23] Chelsea on Vanarama North

Fictional file where UEFA suspends Chelsea from all activities due to abuse of fail Fair-Play regulations. After that Boehly and all of his board were expel from the Club (new elections at 5th July). Club were relegated to Vanarama North (the other teams were promoted following the current table) and after that also all the Players decided to leave the club.

Due the regulations all of the Sponsors were removed.
