So we worked with the video team and were able to make BOTH options available! On browsers (computer and mobile) the videos should play without passwords on Patreon.com. AND if you need to use the app, just use the password! We hope this helps everyone, and hopefully the Patreon app updates to fix this issue as well. As many of you know, we had to switch video hosts due to a change in Vimeo's Terms of Service. We are still in the process of reposting all of the older videos, it is very time consuming but we hope to be completely back up to date by the end of January 2020. We have good news about the new host! We are now able to post the videos with NO passwords!

So after getting deleted by Vimeo, we seem to have found a new host! We are trying Sprout, and it seems to be working great so far. We will be reposting all of the videos, however this is very time consuming, so it will likely take a few weeks to get them all back. Ok, so as some of you know already, Vimeo (our video hosting provider) made a change to their Terms of Service and DELETED our ENTIRE account! This unfortunately happened to many Patreons recently. So our entire catalog of videos is now gone. Luckily we have backups of all the files; however these files are BIG and each video takes hours to upload.
