Quick march update

Hi all. I am still here and I am happy to see that whoever didn't feel satisfied with the previous month has cancelled their pledge. That way I know that whoever is left is happy to be here :) 

I will be getting back to the game as of tomorrow. I've been dealing with both the death of my grandfather and the war raging in my continent basically by just playing videogames and smoking weed a lot. They have done their job and I feel ready to get back to coding and writing.

Personal update

Hi all. I am just here to post a quick update about my personal life. In the past week or so I not only lost my last two pet rats, but I also lost my grandfather. This has kind of knocked me out for a little bit, so I will openly admit I have not worked on the game much since the last update. I did make good progress on Emma Watson's quest (it's gonna be a fun one!) before shit hit the fan, but that was it.

v0.1.08 release + three new girls

Two new mini-quests/meetings
I wanted to release another update. I added small meetings for Kendall Jenner and Naomi Scott, now bringing the total to 7 girls that can be found in-game without using cheats. I want to start work on some larger scale quests for two top 10 girls now and wanted to release this beforehand, as it could take a little longer.  

New combat options
I also added two combat abilities: item usage to regain health or energy...

A quick check-in

Hey all! I know it's been silent for a while. I'm still here and I'm still working on the game whenever possible. It's been a little slower the past week due to some personal stuff, but it's only temporary :) I have some big stuff coming up in my personal life for next weekend that's taking up time and energy, but after that I'll be back to the game in full force. Poll: Miss-Adventures 2 or HHHE

So, I've been receiving quite a lot of messages from people and I've also noticed it's a returning reason for people to cancel their patreon subs:

"I don't like the new game's subject/style/gameplay"
"I wanted more miss-adventures"

So, that got me wondering... Am I just doing this project for me? It was my idea and so far I'm enjoying making something that's more a game than a sandbox, but if everyone would prefer me to do MAiH that's definitely something I'd want to know. ...

So, I wanted to get this out this weekend still and I managed to do so. I've been sleeping like actual shit lately for no apparent reason so it's less content than I wanted to, but oh well. Biggest feature is random quests are now fully working and Alexandra Daddario is unlockable. You'll have to be level 5+. 

Random quests will get better in the future, but for now they're a working way to get some cash/xp/resources.

Welcome Olivia + quick update

January's voting is now closed and Olivia Rodrigo took the win with 16 votes. Mackenzie Foy managed to get 9 votes, followed by Sadie Sink's 7 and Jenna Ortega only took home 5 votes. I was secretly hoping for a four-way tie so I could add them all, but for now Olivia will be first :)

Hotfix uploaded

A quick hotfix is online now, fixing the bug where you'd get an error when trying to interact with any girl. I forgot to close a simple code line. Your savegames from 0.1.06 will work fine with this :) 

Now I'll get to work on the next proper update.

It's a pretty big one today! All features seem to be working well but I can't test every single perk and such, so always notify me when you find any errors and bugs. 

Known issue that may be useful for testing for now: if you level up using the cheat to any multiple of 3 (say lvl30), you can select a perk on every level instead of on every third level. I'll fix this later.

Still working

Hi all! Just wanted to update you on what I'm currently working on. v0.1.06 is underway and will be a bigger one, but I'm currently in the middle of some features so can't release yet. Figured I'd update on that since I kind of uploaded small updates every few days until now, but this one will take a bit longer. 

The stable mechanics are coming along nicely. Where I'm at right now you can capture horses and train them yourself (which requires daily effort) or assign a girl to autom...

Alright, I didn't have time to code the past few days. Only the past hour or so. I used it to fix two annoying bugs. One gamebreaking (the Victoria one), one just confusing (the wrong XP numbers). 

I díd have time away from my coding PC and used it to do some fun research on imfdb.org, looking up what girls used what guns in their films. I made a little list and added the most common ones to the game and assigned them to the appropriate girls :) Just a little fun detail and adds m...

Hi all. Today's update is not a big one content-wise, but it fixes a few nasty bugs so I figured I'd better upload it anyway so people can continue playing. 

I changed the way dying works to a regular videogame autosave and loading system. I preferred the way of doing it before as it's more fun narratively but it was too hard to set all the needed variables back for each quest. A quick thank you before the new year

I don't think I'll be spending much time on the game the coming two days as I'll be spending new years with friends getting incredibly drunk and eating our Dutch new years snacks (which are literally called "oil balls". They're more tasty than they sound).

A véry productive week!

Okay, today has been my most productive week in a very very long time. Big towering deadlines really make me work well. That's always been the case. You can ask every school and job I ever attended :p

I recently requested some help with getting some variables for all 60 celebs set up. Someone really helped me out but there's still quite a few missing. With how little time I have, researching all these girls and looking up what stats would fit them is a big task.

I almost died (clickbait warning) + Poll results

Okay, I didn't, but it felt like it. I ate something that was way past the expiry date last friday and spent all weekend puking my guts out. Anyway, all that stuff is long gone and in the sewer now and I managed to eat some spaghetti without puking it back up today, but it did hurt my already tight timeframe.
