Howdy folks.

So, I've finished text-redacting (to my ability at least) and small code improvements here and there.

Also, I added a little scene (13 animations) to weekend Gloria's tasks (they appear after a certain main-plot progress). There was a sad placeholder before, so why not?

All these changes are coming to a Public release (probably 24-25). Until then, I'm taking a little break to finish my IRL stuff and chill a bit.

Just a quick post about my current activity.

I'll have a lot of IRL stuff this weekend (that's the biggest reason I tried to make a release as quickly as possible), so nothing will be done.

But right now I've finished  (somewhat) the re-reading and redacting of the raw text for chapters 1-3 (main plot only). And that's what I'm gonna continue doing once I'm done with IRL stuff.

Kinda doing it backwards this time.

I've finished almost everything I wanted. Things left to do:

1. Re-do small parts of the code. Try to make future saves working between updates.

2. Invent a small helper to skip previous grind for older saves.

3. Run a full test. I've put a lot of stuff in one go and didn't test things like I always do.

4. Fix small things here and there.

Most of the major things for Chapter 3 are done.

Game Over scenario, repeatable actions, different backgrounds and such. Plus I've run a test through already. 

Honestly, it's still pretty bare-bone. But most of things I did this month are a foundation, that only needs to be done once (I hope). So, the same spent time will result in more actual content next time.

I've finished most of back-end calculations, finalized things here and there, re-did  older stats gains (randomized the shit out them) and so on.

So. I'm slowly moving with integrating new stats into the future game-play, and remaking office screen, tidying up interface and other boring crap.

And here's what's on the list now:

Why? Several reasons:

1. Sam's battle with Gloria is going to have some gaps in it, as after most of action (at first) you'll need to work on her outraged attempts to end you.

I've finished the starting sequence of Chapter 3, that leads to the free-play. And here's the thing.

Originally (maybe a month ago) I was planning to add the final icon to the HUD, representing Gloria's resistance, like this.

The idea was to achieve several goals:

1. Provide a constant pressure to a player, the "battle of wills" kinda.

Jesus, this must be the slowest development week so far. So much IRL work and stuff to do.

Plus I'm constantly in doubt, if I should even re-do every emote to animation. It's pretty tedious and boring.

On one hand I only need to do this once, and forget about portraits forever (or so I wish).

On the other hand, I can leave things like they are and move into actual porn stuff.

Anyway. I've also changed some fonts. We'll see how this goes.

New week - new start

Hello everyone! Welcome aboard (◍•ᴗ•◍)❤

Nearest plans.

Just as past Chapter 1 release, I'll spend some time discovering possible new features (like animated portraits I'm looking into now).

Next is - solving between-Chapters' main plot business, writing the basic dialogues to get the game back into free-play, and introducing new game mechanics.

Once that is done, I'll keep you informed on the next step, stay tuned!
