Posting the rewards on Patreon from now on!

So I've been mainly posting the Patreon rewards on the Discord Server but I've been made aware that the Patreon Bot doesn't remove the roles anymore after someone unsubs so to avoid confusion I will post the rewards in the appropriate Tiers here again!
I'll see if that changes anytime soon but I will make sure to inform you if anything should change!
