Figured I'd give you guys an update! I'm working on the next series of Postcard Arts for Bandit Revolver, annnnd I'm working on some FF7R fanart. I'm not sure if I'll make prints. Depends on if anyone is interested?

Okay, so as you guys may know by now, I'm officially on leave from work until May 11. Yay! So, for the time being, I'm focusing on getting content made--Bandit Revolver is being put back on track and while I intend to have it return to the public on May 17th, I'd like to start Ep 1 sooner, though it may be between May 5-10. I will definitely keep you guys posted.

I'm finishing up colours on the first postcard artworks, but I figured I'd slip this sketch for the second series because I really like how it turned out. At some point in the comic Noct's going to talk about how he was almost married, and HOO BOY that's gonna be a whole thing. But for now, here he is, in a wedding dress because honestly he'd have looked much cuter in a dress than some stuffy suit. And also because fuck gender norms.

I apologise for the silence on my end this past week--I'm still being worked pretty hard in retail-land, had some bad anxiety the other day that kept me from being able to focus on working on comics...but thankfully, the last few days have proven to be very productive as I've been hard at work drafting and inking pages for some Promptis shorts that will be coming your way soon!

Hey, guys--if you're not following my twitter over at @junkyardshadi, I have recently announced that Bandit Revolver will be put on hold as I want to work on comics that are more on the "feel good" side given the situation going on with the C-Virus situation. The final page of the prologue! Finally! You're likely wondering why Noct would just shank a clearly non-threatening MT. I promise this will be explained down the line.

I'll be sharing the cover for the first episode early next week. Pages for Episode 1 will start in early April--I apologise for the wait; I want to be able to prepare consecutive updates as best as I can for you guys! But I will be dropping more post card art...
We're now in the present; and with it comes the Noctis I think most people came to see in this comic! ^_~
So, fun fact; this is NOT the original page 18, but a redraw because I lost the original page--and this will be evident that it was drawn later when you compare it to the artwork of the rest of the chapter! Seriously, I have no idea where it went. If I do find it, I will share it with you guys, but for now it remains in the same dimension that Noctis keeps his fishing pole.
This page was a doozy. It's only two panels, but it was a lot of work!
So many buildings, so many people. And the freakin' Citadel, OOF. One of my personal rules when I worked on this comic was that because it's primarly taking place in a city, that I needed to be able to draw different people in the background. This does mean more work, but I hope it's something that people will look upon and appreciate.

Third in a row! Once again, I appreciate and am grateful for how patient you guys have been with me in all this. This and the next page were among the most difficult to render due to the number of skyscrapers, and in the case of this page, Magitek dropships and MTs! Even better: I only had planned to draw two dropships in the first panel, but decided to add a third to show a better sense of just how many were being sent.

Page 16 is now live! This one required some fine detail in areas, and once again you get a better idea as to how widespread this is. That banner in panel five was a pain in the ass to detail with that Lucis emblem, hahaha

THE WAIT IS OVER and I am so sorry to have kept you guys! It's been nearly two months since page 14 went up, and again, I am so sorry. December was a rough time at my job (not necessarily because of the holiday season, but largely due to a lot of work drama that ultimately left me overworked), and between then and now, I've been dealing with a lot of depression. Hey, guys! Thank you for your patience and for bearing with me during my sabbatical. I return with the first illustration for the Bandit Revolver Postcard Arts! Noct with his own squishy Prompto plush!
Volume 1 will consist of 4 cards, all of which will be physically available and will include a Patron-exclusive fifth card once the first volume is complete!
You can, of course, still download the high resolution artwork in the meantime!

Whee, new decade, new year, same ship! This is a few days late, largely because I had...problems at my day job...
I'm still way behind on Bandit Revolver updates, and I do apologise for that (again). I've got some vacation time coming up, and am going to be dedicating that time towards the comic, so updates will definitely be coming!
