The yoga I 😻 like

I don't like all yoga practices: for example, I don't prefer all those practices that tend to strengthen the shoulders and arms. Instead, I love everything that increases the flexibility of the legs like compass pose❤️

Non amo tutte le pratiche dello yoga: ad esempio non preferisco tutte quelle pratiche che tendono a rafforzare spalla e braccia. Adoro invece tutto ciò che aumenta la flessibilità delle gambe come compass pose❤️

Time zone
