He has iridescent swimtrunks that sparkle, as well as the water and.. his nips a bit LOL I had a cool electric iridescent blue gifted to me that i thought would be fun to try here! And I got an iridescent pink/ruby color for the nips slightly lol
if anyone wants to take him home for $600-700 lmk!

First is an underpainting for an oil painting im starting tomorrow, second is that angel wip. Ive been working on redoing the angel for a few weeks now, trying to get black fur looking right and came back to it with more reference. Also created a more interesting lighting scenario. Its got some ways to go though

i think im gonna start working a lot more in this medium again. this is the level of realism ive been desiring to achieve which is hard to get with watercolor. not that ill stop with watercolor of course! just would love to do more colored pencil stuff. its also way less intimidating lol
