If you struggle to stuff yourself. Start having bite sized foods around you to graze on. Like a dozen kk’s cut into small pieces. That way you can down a whole dozen whilst watching Netflix without even realising. 😉😉

So.. you all know that I got sick whilst away.. And that I did a Weigh-In Video after coming back.. My sickness flared back up, and I did end up losing 10kg. I hated seeing the numbers get so close to going below 200, but i simply couldn't keep anything down. It's pretty much gone now. I still feel a little off, but i can eat without complications.. again.

March Weigh-In

So.. you all know that I got sick whilst away.. And that I did a Weigh-In Video after coming back.. My sickness flared back up, and I did end up losing 10kg. I hated seeing the numbers get so close to going below 200, but i simply couldn't keep anything down. It's pretty much gone now. I still feel a little off, but i can eat without complications.. again. 

My dumb ass forgot how to hold a camera... clearly. The numbers settle on 207.9kg. So I only ended up with a 4kg lo...

FREE MONTH: March

Due to being unwell, and being unable to post content. I have chosen to turn off next months billing cycle. I fell this is the right thing to do by all of you generous followers. This means if you remain a patron, you will not be charged for next month.

To give you an update on my condition, I am on the mend. Today’s the first day I’ve felt “normal”, and the first day I’ve been able to keep some food down. Otherwise I have been unable to eat anything in the last we...

Holiday update

Started off great. Relaxed. Ate heaps. Then started getting dragged out of the hotel by family. I have never sweat so much in my life. I tried to avoid walking as much as I could, but when they had no idea where they were going, I had no choice but to tag along.

Since then, It hasn’t gone well. We managed to get Bali belly. And when I say we, nearly all of us that were travelling in a group. Close to 30 of us. I have hardly eaten a thing since, as I’ve struggled to keep ...
