Here we have the Kasko breed! I want to state that not every woodlander herd is as unhappy or cruel as Kasko's herd, but they do have a pretty strict, similar mindset.

1. I wanted a dumb bewildered mickey mouse deer man..... He's still in development, his work name is Maizel. He comes from a line purposefully bred for mutated bigass antlers.

Very important detail about this page is that I finished the page, flattened it, saved it in two sizes, and THEN noticed I had left this fun christmas tree star layer visible so I had to go turn that off and do all that again.

The happiest scene of the comic. Believe me when I tell you I had the worst struggle with the page showing Loss' presence. How to draw something that isn't there, with a big panel dedicaded to showing that nothingness is there but isn't? I tried so many different effects, but in the end my last choice seemed to carry the meaning across fine. 

AGATA - pg8

With this comic I'm aiming to give very little attention to eyes, as they often are a very easy way to convey emotions and I want to challenge myself. But I did want to give Hannelore something special, so she gets to have some unsettling eyeballs.

Ancient stonekrovn thoughts

Wanna see some old art? Stonekrovns were a breed that I knew I'd put in GS in the beginning, but I fleshed them out mostly last year.

1. Art from 2018, so old and inaccurate! The upper leftmost is the first stonekrovn I ever drew. Next to her is Cutlass' first design.
There's couple of scenes down there; Kasko, Runi and Nero were going to climb the mountain during winter time, Nero gets his tongue stuck on an icicle just before they spot the chase we just saw in the actual comic. The...

I plan to make info pages of each breed, like this. I have woodlanders pretty much ready, but what should I make next?

Stonekrovns come later and I'll do one for mixed after we have more breeds covered.

AGATA - pg5-6

There's a lot of new stuff I'm trying out with this comic, I'm sure you can tell! The crosshatching, sketchiness, stock images, a lot of CSP assets like the grass, trees, clutter... The shack in the background is a 3D asset I purchased. It's been fun to learn utilizing all these helpful tools!

My love for getting rid of letters I as a finn rather rarely use, like c, d, g, w is entirely why they're stonekrovns instead of stonecrowns.

SPICY - Through you I do (COMIC!)

Trying my hand in erotic comicing for once, why not. I didn't have a clear script for this, just let the characters do what they do, and what they did was bring some angst into this! The quality/style changes a lot because this was just for fun.

The characters are Jaettu and Leppä.

Oh yeah, you gotta tell me if stuff like this is something you're interested in seeing, because it did take quite a lot of effort and I don't care to make them if there's no interest! 

Wet eyes so rare + 3

1. Jaettu dealing with the news of his father deceasing.
2. Leppä bids farewells to his old dying mother.
3. Jaettu as a feral deer.
4. Wolf Kalda is a lonely thing.

I've been a bit in anthro hell lately. I've never cared much for furries but I enjoy drawing these characters. It's a great way to practice human anatomy too, just way more interesting than drawing actual humans — you can spot the mistakes on those so easily, but with anthros you have some leeway.
