Today, August the 5th is my father's birthday. He was turning 60 this year.

According to my DB Xenoverse own canon, Niono is the very first Vegeta's diciple (Suck it, Cabba!) So, of course, she would be able to get this Vegeta only transformation (also, in my DBX canon she's an abslolute "Mary Sue", but that's just for sh*t an giggles 'cause she's too OP).
